Combining hand 2 hand combat, strikes and ground defence we have formulated a very effective defence system .

Our system requires very little strength making it suitable for ladies and gents

of all ages and abilities.

Taking  a realistic approach to self defence our system is aimed at the society we all  live in today.

Our instructors hold many years experience within the martial arts.

 We bring a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Head Instructor Shihan Rob Goulden 7th Dan holds over 50 years experience within the martial arts.

European Head Instructor Shihan Martin Brohus Petersen 7th Dan holds over 42 years experience within the martial arts. 

Chief Instructor Sensei James Wilson over 23 years experience within the martial arts.

Chief Instructor Sensei Troy Bodkin over 23 years experience within the martial arts.

Senior Instructor Sensei Alistair Haggerty over 20 years experience within the martial arts .

and help to develop.
